What is Junk Journaling!? Junk Journaling is a form of creative, mixed-media scrapbooking that uses memories, and "junk" to make a handmade journal. It's a practice that encourages and embraces imperfection, creativity, and mindfulness by repurposing items like junk mail, old book pages, receipts, photos and other found objects to preserve memories and express yourself.

Suggested for ages 10 and up (this isn’t a rule so reach out if you have questions about age).
